Wilma Cosner

Wilma J. Cosner, 62, of Bayard, WV died on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at her home. Born on June 28, 1953 in Cumberland, she was a daughter of the late Charles Melvin and Margaret Elizabeth "Dolly" (Sisk) Broadwater. In addition to spending time with her family, Wilma loved gardening and flowers. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Burza "Lee" Cosner; three daughters, Melissa Collett of Bayard, Michelle Hebb of Terra Alta, WV and Paula Cosner of Cross, WV; eight grandchildren, Jonathan Collett, Dakota Collett, Heather Miller, PJ Hebb, Matthew Hebb, Kristin Cosner, Stephen Cosner and Blake Dumire; two great grandchildren, Jeremy Miller, Jr. and Trystan Miller; a sister, Dee Dawson and husband Robert "Bob" of Cross, WV; a brother, Melvin "Bucky" Broadwater and wife Nancy of Cross, WV; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Broadwater Stahl and a nephew, Allan Stahl. A funeral service will be held at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Monday, July 6th at 11 AM with Pastor Cheryl George officiating. Interment will follow in the Bayard Cemetery.
