Willard Dale "Sonny" Qualls, 83, of Bayard, WV, died on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Valley Health Winchester Medical Center, VA. Born on November 23, 1940, in Comfort, WV, he was the son of the late Daniel Boone and Emily Irene (Morris) Qualls.
