Thelma Wolfe

Thelma Phyllis Adeline Wolfe, 103, of Oakland died on Sunday, February 3, 2013 at Dennett Road Manor Nursing Home. Born on January 14, 1910 in Red House, she was the daughter of the late Cyrus S. and Tola A.D. (Hahn) Wolfe. She was a registered nurse and veteran of the United States Army Air Corps having served during WWII. She is survived by three sisters, Lois C. Wolfe, Mary E. Shaw and D. Blanche Miller; and two brothers, Neil D. Wolfe and Orville M. Wolfe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Richard B. Wolfe, Kenneth S. Wolfe, A. Paul Wolfe and Franklin K. Wolfe; and four sisters, G. Virginia Wolfe, T. Evelyn Myers, Pearl D. Kesler and F. Melvina Toms. Friends will be received at the Burdock-Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Wednesday, February 6th from 10 AM to 12 Noon at which time a funeral service, with military honors, will be held with Rev. Regina Beard officiating. Interment will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Red House.
