Stewart Otto

Stewart Arnold Otto, 39, of Cumberland, died on Saturday, September 3, 2016. Born on March 19, 1977 in Cumberland, he was the son of the late Daniel F. Otto, Jr. and Frances G. (Reynolds) Otto. Stewart was a graduate of Southern High School, class of 1995 and attended the Mountaintop Truck Driving Institute at Garrett College. He was employed at Keyser's Ridge Auto-Truck Stop and also as a truck driver for D. M. Bowman, Inc. Stewart enjoyed training and showing horses with his father at the Garrett County Fair. He enjoyed traveling and visiting with friends. Stewart is survived by his mother, Frances G. Otto; two step brothers, Terry J. Otto of Cranesville and Russell G. Otto of Oakland; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a baby brother, Michael W. Otto and his paternal grandparents, Fred and Frances Otto. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Moran Manor Nursing Home, 25701 Shady Lane SW, Westernport, MD with Pastors Ross and Linda Glotfelty officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., Oakland.
