Steven Mayles

Steven L. Mayles, 59, of Mt. Storm, WV died on Sunday, October 6, 2013 at his home. Born on January 1, 1954 in Keyser, WV, he was the son of the late Lyle and Verda (Hanlin) Mayles. Steven worked as a mechanic for Allegheny Mining prior to his diagnosis MS. He is survived by two daughters, Stephenia Carr and husband Joshua and Crystal Heise and husband Abraham; three grandchildren, Kaiden Carr, Elleyana and Izaiah Heise; his fiancee, Helen Sponaugle; two sisters, Joan Kitzmiller and husband Brian and Kimberly Cosner and husband Allen; and two nephews, Eric Kitzmiller and Adam Cosner and wife Amanda. At Steven's request he was cremated. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to National MS Society PO Box 4527 New York, NY 10163. The Burdock - Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., Kitzmiller has been entrusted with his arrangements.
