Stanley Keith Steyer, 63 of Oakland, MD, passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at his residence.
Born November 2, 1947 in Cumberland, MD, he was the son of the late Keith Willard & Myrtle Marie (Gauer) Steyer. He was also preceded in death by brother-Henry L. Steyer.
Stanley was a carpenter.
Surviving are: wife-Sarah (Buchanan) Steyer; son-Keith Steyer-Oakland, MD; sister-Doris Tasker, Oakland, MD; step-mother-Lucille Evelyn "Sally" Steyer, Oakland, MD; step-daughter- Bonnie Buchanan, Green Castle, PA; step-brothers-Joseph L. McRobie, Grantsville and Randy McRobie, Bayard, WV; step-sister-Naomi O'Haver, Oakland, MD
Family and friends will be received at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N. 2nd St, Oakland, MD, Saturday, August 6, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8.
Stanley's body will be cremated.
