Shelda Jean Judy Robinette, 75, of Laneville, WV died May 12, 2014 at Hospice Care Center in Elkins, WV.
She was born June 30, 1938 in Laneville, WV a daughter of the late Adam Young and Sylvia Virginia Lawrence Judy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Robinette, 3 brothers; Warren Judy, Marvin Judy, Adam Jr. Judy and 1 sister, Janet Louise Roy. Survivors include 2 daughters; Kathy Rena Robinette, Richmond Heights, OH and Carla Jean Robinette, Davis, WV, 1 brother; Glen Lawrence, Clintwood, VA and 1 brother-in-law, Herbert Roy, Laneville, WV.
Jean graduated High School in Tucker County. She worked for Cuyahoga County, OH school systems for many years and later for American Greetings Card Co. She loved the Lord, her home in Laneville and enjoyed horses, pets, stuffed animals and playing piano.
Friends will be received on Tuesday May 13, 2014 at Hinkle Funeral Home from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 14 at 12 noon at the Red Creek Bethel Church of the Brethren in Laneville with Rev. John Moyers officiating. Interment will follow in the Judy Cemetery.
