Sharon Jean Markwood, 46 of Oakland died Friday May, 21 2010 at her home.
Born October 22, 1963 she was the daughter of Jean A. Beachy and the late John Edward Wright.
She is survived by her son Shawn Markwood of Oakland, step-son Jonathan Markwood of Birmingham, AL; and Daughter Jacqueline Markwood of Oakland; two brothers Samuel Wright and John Wright; and two sisters Susan Duggan and Teresa Wright all of Swanton.
Family will receive friends at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, 21 N. Second Street Oakland, MD on Monday May 24 and Tuesday May 25, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday May 26, 2010 at 1:00pm at the Swanton Otterbein United Methodist Church with Reverend Angie Cosner officiating.
Internment will be in Garrett Memorial Gardens.
