Schrilla Knox

Schrilla Marion Knox, 90, of Oakland died on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at the Oakland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born on December 14, 1925 in Accident, she was the daughter of the late Jonas and Esther (Teets) Knox. She had attended the Loch Lynn Church of God. She is survived by a sister in law, Viola Knox of Mt. Lake Park; two nieces, Carolyn Wiley and Irene Ringer; and four nephews, Frank Wiley, David Wiley, Robert Wiley and James Knox. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Samuel Knox, Jesse Knox, Frank Knox, James Abraham Knox and an infant brother, Harry Knox; and one sister, Clara Wiley. Friends will be received at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Thursday, July 28th from 5 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Friday, July 29th at 11 AM with Pastor John Skipper officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
