Ruth Paugh

Ruth Ann Paugh, 73, of Kitzmiller, MD died Friday July 22, 2011 at Garrett Co. Memorial Hospital. Born April 25, 1938, in Elk Garden, WV, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Josephine (Sheets) Keplinger. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Paul Jr. and Robert Keplinger, and two sisters, Essie Pennington and Lois McCloud, and one son in law Ronald Coleman.
Surviving is her husband Charlie Paugh of Kitzmiller, one son Charlie Paugh and wife Maria of Winchester, Va. three daughters, Cindy Shaffer and husband Joe, Oakland, Sandra Hawk and husband Loren, Kitzmiller and Barbara Coleman, and companion Scott Moon, Swanton. Ruth leaves three brothers, David, Troxel and Clifford Eugene Keplinger all of Elk Garden, and one sister, Karen Harvey, Elk Garden. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Alexis Shaffer, Nathan Hawk, Kaila Paugh, Ron Coleman and wife Christa.
Friends will be received at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, 703 Church St. Kitzmiller, MD on Monday, July 25, 2011, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Blaine Full Gospel Church with the Rev. Donald E. Marple and Rev. George Tichinel officiating. Interment will be in the I.O.O.F cemetery, Nethken Hill.
