Russell Eugene Upole, 54, Oakland, MD, passed away Monday, February 21, 2011 at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Born March 8, 1956 in Oakland, MD, he was the son of the late Russell G. and Dorothy A. (Ervin) Upole. Also, preceded in death was son, Jeffery Upole and brother, Allen Upole.
Russell worked in the logging industry as a tree trimmer.
Surviving are: wife, Theresa Lee (Cline) Upole; son, Cody A. Upole, Oakland; daughters, Patricia Sypolt and husband, Rusty and Jackie Upole and husband, Dave Moyer, both of Romney, WV, Amber Cline and husband, Ace Howdershelt, Oakland, MD; sisters, Pamela Bircher and Sharon Albert, both of Elk Garden, WV, LaDonna Poling, Kansas; four grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N. 2nd Street, Oakland, MD, Wednesday, February 23, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Leslie Moats officiating.
Interment will be in Garrett County Memorial Gardens.
