Roy Davis

Roy Scott "Petie" Davis, Jr., 16, of Kitzmiller died on Monday, May 25, 2015. Born on March 15, 1999 in Oakland, he was the son of Roy Scott "Bink" Davis of Westernport and Cheri Jane (Stemple) Davis and JR Bray of Kitzmiller. He was a student in the 10th grade at Southern High School. In addition to spending time with his family and friends, Petie loved being active and spending time in the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and riding ATV's. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Cameron Skye Davis; maternal grandmother, Sheila Stemple of Oakland; paternal grandparents, Garry A. Davis and Darlene Davis of Barton; aunts and uncles, Rick and Theresa Stemple, Bonnie and Jim Harbourne, Michael and Lori Stemple, Laura Ross, Tracy and Bryan Carlson, Ginger and Rob Lockmiller, Bridget and Chris Shreve, Jason and Teresa Carder and Garry Davis, Jr.; first cousins, Justin and Tyler Stemple, Jaycee, Harley and Kyle Harbourne, Mikey and Megan Stemple, Shyann Ross, Jessica and Nick Ahern, Edward and Emily Lockmiller, Diana Shreve, Joshua Shannon, Jason II, Cristen and Carrie Carder; as well as a large, but close extended family of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Harley Stemple and a cousin, Shawn Michael Shannon. Friends will be received at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 710 Church St., Kitzmiller on Thursday, May 28th from 4 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held in the Kitzmiller School on Friday, May 29th at 11 AM with Pastor Joe Tichinel officiating. Interment will follow in the Turner Cemetery, Walnut Bottom Road, Swanton.
