Rodney Liller

Rodney Dean Liller, 57, of Thomas, passed away on September 29, 2024, at his home surrounded by his family. Born on May 1, 1967, in Elkins, he was the son of the late Prentice and Vivette (Reed) Liller.

He was a graduate of Tucker County High School Class of 1986. Rodney worked for Mineral Fabrication in Keyser for over 28 years. His expertise in his work made him a jack of all trades to everyone who knew him. He enjoyed camping, side by side rides, and spending time with his dogs. He loved spoiling his daughter, Hannah.

He is survived by his daughter, Hannah Liller-Lewis and husband Dylan; the mother of his daughter, Lori Watts and husband RJ; his stepson, Josh Herron and wife Nikki; two grandchildren, Jake Herron and Nelson Herron; three siblings, Latrella Small and husband Mike of Davis, Stanley Kisamore and wife Darlene of Keyser, and Kenny Kisamore of Indiana; a special niece, Katelyn Shoaf; a special nephew, William "Mikey" Small, Jr.; his mother in law, Mary J. Herron; a sister in law, Sheila Canan and husband Bob; and a brother in law, Steve Herron and wife Vickie.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two siblings, Dale Liller and Lilly Ruth Adkins, and his father in law, Eugene Herron.

A special thank you for the wonderful care given to Rodney from Lori and RJ, Sis and Bob, Dylan L., Kim C., Mike and Jess Small, Jim Bedford, Lee Elliott, and WV Caring.

Rodney's request for cremation was honored. Friends will be received on Sunday, October 6, 2024, from 2 to 4 PM at the Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home to share memories and honor Rodney's life.
