Rena Wilt, 81 of Oakland, MD passed away Sunday, January 23, 2011 at Garrett
County Memorial Hospital.
Born May 7, 1929 in Jennings, MD,she was the daughter of the late Levi (Bunny)
and Ameda (Army) Bittinger. Rena was also preceded in death by her husband Frank
E. Wilt and sister, Hulda J. Wilt.
Surviving are: six daughters: Pauline Sisler and husband Earl Richard; Irene
Paugh and husband Carol (Buddy); Lucille Lipscomb and husband Larry; Leona
DeWitt and husband Don; Janet MacPherson and companion Ron Jackson; Brenda
(Vicky) Stone and husband Neal; Rena helped raise Hulda's children which are:
Shirley Baker, Alice Kimble, Thelma Baker, Elmer (Butch) Wilt and David Wilt.
Family and friends will be received at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, P.A.,
21 N. 2nd Street, Oakland, MD, Monday, January 24, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at 11 a.m. in the funeral
home chapel with the Rev. William Helton officiating.
Interment will be in the Deer Park Cemetery.
