Randall Harvey

Randall Lee "Randy Lee" Harvey, 50, of Oakland went to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, with his loving family by his side. Born on November 21, 1970, in Oakland, he was the son of Randy and Kay Harvey.
His smile was like a light from an angel and his unconditional love was like being touched by an angel. He brought joy to each and everyone. He was your friend and you were his. He will be lovingly remembered for saying "Me love you!".
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother Robert Harvey and wife Nikki; sister, Jodi Dawn Harvey; adopted sister, Wendy (Friend) Paugh and husband Kenny; four aunts, Zelma Bittinger of Oakland, Inez Kitzmiller of Oakland, Elizabeth "Fern" Lee of Swanton, and Louise Beckman of Oakland; and special friends, Jerry and Renae Little of Clifton, VA.
Friends will be received at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Saturday, January 2, 2021, from 1 to 3 PM after which time a funeral service will be held with Pastor Roger Kitzmiller officiating. Face masks and social distancing are required and we ask that if you or a family member feel ill that you stay home and visit with the family at a later time. Interment will be in the Paradise Cemetery.
