Randall Hobart Harvey, 87, of Oakland passed away on Monday, June 12, 2017, after a short illness. Born on June 21, 1929 in Oakland, he was the son of the late Hobart and Rosa (Glotfelty) Harvey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Josephine E. (Pigott) Harvey, on February 21, 2017; a brother David Harvey; and a sister, Wanda L. Harvey. Randall is survived by his son, Randy Harvey and wife Kay of Oakland; grandsons, Randy Lee Harvey and Robert Harvey and wife Nikki , both of Deer Park; a granddaughter, Jody Dawn Harvey; and three sisters, Virginia Gower, Zelma Bittinger and Inez Kitzmiller. Friends will be received at the C & S FREDLOCK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Friday, June 16th from 1 to 4 PM and at the Lakeside Assembly of God, 18012 Garrett Hwy, Oakland on Saturday, June 17th from 10 to 11 AM after which time a funeral service will be held with Pastor Dennis Caton officiating. Interment will be in the Paradise Cemetery.
