Pauline Virginia Marple, 85 of Oakland, MD went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday August 6, 2010 at Cherry Hill Assisted Living in Accident, MD.

Born April 29, 1925, in Maysville, WV she was the daughter of the late John and Naomi (Berg) Nesselrodt. She was also preceded in death by her husband Allen Marple, a son, Dale A. Marple, 3 brothers, Paul, John and Ray Nesselrodt. 2 sisters, Esther Jones and Eveline Ray.

Surviving are 3 sons, Rich & Regina Marple, Oakland, Tom and Cheryl Marple Oakland, and Craig Marple & Kim Martz, of Oakland. 4 Daughters, Sharon & Louie Moyer, Ronceverte, WV, Deb & Ron Doerr, Accident, MD Kay & Randall Steyer, Oakland and Renee & Gary Pritts, Oakland.

25 Grandchildren and 35 Great-grandchildren. Brothers, Roger and Wanda Nesselrodt, Maysville, WV and Robert & Catherin Nesselrodt, Keyser, WV.

Sisters; Betty Feaster, Petersburg, WV, Maxine Nelson, Maysville, WV and Saundra Kay & Lonnie Mauzy, Petersburg, WV. Sisters-in-law, Rose Nesselrodt, Kearneysville,WV, Deloris Nesselrodt, Mt. Storm, WV and Wanda Nesselrodt, Keyser, WV. Brother-in-law, Jimmy Ray, Cleveland, TN.

Pauline was a very faithful member of the Bayard Church of God serving as Clerk, song leader and ladies auxiliary president. A wonderful homemaker and Stanley Home Products Representative.

Pall Bears will be; Richard Marple Jr. Randy Marple, Jay Marple, Denny Moyer, Frankie Friend, Robbie Marple. Craig Marple Jr. and Garry Allen Pritts.

Friends will be received at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home 21 N 2nd. St. Oakland, on Monday Aug. 9, 2010 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 am in the Loch Lynn Church of God with the Rev. William Mc Callister, Rev. Donald E. Marple and Rev. Harold Mc Millen, Jr. Officiating. Interment will be in the Garrett Co. Memorial Gardens Oakland, MD
