Paul Richard Keller, 91, of Mesick, MI and formerly of Kitzmiller, MD died on Sunday, February 26, 2017, at his home. Born on January 15, 1926 in Kitzmiller, he was the son of the late Clarence Richard and Florence Belle (Spring) Keller. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps having served as an MP during World War II. He was also a former coal miner and had retired as a pipefitter from Local 636. He grew up in the Kitzmiller Assembly of God church and was a devout Christian. Paul loved playing cards with his family, fishing, hunting and gardening. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife, Gay Lee (DeCost) Keller; his children, Paul Richard Keller, Jr., Linda Lee Peck, Brenda Belle Keller and Robert Jackson Keller and wife Gail; grandchildren, Bradley Keller, Brandon Keller, Selena Duca and husband Michael, Ryan Keller and wife Tiffany, Adam Keller and Steven Keller; great grandchildren, Victorialyn Keller, Rachel Keller, Kennedy Keller, Karson Keller, Kolton Keller, Marissa Keller, Lydia Duca, Maria Duca and Julianna Keller. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Darl Keller and Charles Keller; and a daughter in law, Carol Keller. A funeral service will be held in the Kitzmiller Assembly of God on Wednesday, March 1st at 2 PM with Rev. Lee Robertson officiating. Interment, with military honors, will follow in the IOOF Cemetery, Elk Garden, WV. The C & S FREDLOCK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., Kitzmiller is handling the arrangements.
