Palma Garrett

Palma "Pam" Marie Garrett, 76, of Eglon, West Virginia passed away August 30, 2019 in Morgantown, West Virginia at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born February 28, 1943 in Horse Shoe Run, West Virginia a daughter to the late Randall and Jennie Bennett Garrett.

She is survived by one brother, Floyd Garrett, two sisters, Vonda Mullenax and Erma Black, seven nephews, eight nieces, and a host of great-nephews and great-nieces.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, George and Roy Garrett, and two nephews.

She considered her nieces and nephews as children of her own and loved them dearly. She worked as a custodian for the Garrett County Board of Education for numerous years. She also worked over the years for the Smallest Church in 48 States in Silver Lake, West Virginia.

Friends will be received Monday, September 2, 2019 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Maple Spring Church of the Brethren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm, Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Maple Spring Church of the Brethren with Rev. Robert Spaid officiating. Interment will follow in the Accident Cemetery in Horse Shoe Run. Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
