Nanette Tennant

Nanette Rae (Densley) Tennant, 67, of Satsuma, Florida and formerly of Auviltown, West Virginia, passed away December 21, 2019 at Kindred Hospital in Green Cove Springs, Florida. She was born August 20, 1952 in Auburn, New York. She was the second daughter of the late Clyde A. Densley and Anita J. Learo Densley.

Nanette is survived by her loving husband, William "Bill" Tennant, whom she was married to for 30 years. Also surviving are three sisters, Faye Dewitt Marion of Aurora, New York, Cheri A. Densley Guest of Pomona Park, Florida, Debora Densley Becker of Weedsport, New York, one son, Richard Densley of Jorden Elebridge, New York, one daughter, Nichole Densley of Auburn, New York, one uncle, Robert Learo of Seneca Falls, New York, two nieces, Michelle Densley of Seneca Falls, New York and Amie Edershelm, of Auburn, New York, along with several grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Shanna Densley, one brother, Clide A. Densley, and one sister, Donna L. Densley Chase.

Nanette was a graduate of Weedsport J.S. High School. She enjoyed reading her Bible and caring for her animals whom she had a deep love for. She had a passion for caring for everyone that was around her.

Friends will be received Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Sycamore Grove Church, 219 Bull Run Rd., Parsons, WV 26287 from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm with Rev. Pat Cassidy officiating. Interment will follow in the Pifer Mountain Cemetery. Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
