Michael Griffin

Michael Leslie Griffin, 50, of Accident died on Friday, December 11, 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. Born on August 10, 1965 in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of Ann T. Griffin of Grafton, WV. He had obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and worked for Teletech in Morgantown where he was a Team Leader. He excelled in graphic and website design and enjoyed reading, playing computer games and cheering for the Flyers, Eagles and Phillies. Most of all, he loved spending time with his wife, kids and the rest of his family. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife, Shelly R. (Mayfield) Griffin; two daughters, Sydney Griffin of Indiana and Brittney Pennington and husband Kristopher Durst of Accident; two sons, Damian J. Cooke, US Army Spc. and fiancAC.e Summer Adams of Morgantown, WV and Ryan D. Cooke of Accident; father in law and mother in law, Garry and Helen Mayfield of Accident; a sister in law, Angie Mayfield of Chambersburg, PA; a niece, Bethany Beeghly; and numerous aunts and uncles as well as many cousins. According to his wishes, Michael was cremated and his family will hold a memorial service at a later date. The C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., Oakland is assisting the family with arrangements.
