Mary Sanders

Mary Frances (Clary) Sanders, 77, of Deer Park, died on Tuesday, October 31, 2017.  Born on May 17, 1940 in Loch Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Charles L. and Hazel F. (King) Clary.  Mary was a proud stay at home mother.  She enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time ministering to others.  Mary attended the Loch Lynn Church of God and was a supporter of Southern High School " Ram" Athletics.  She was known affectionately as "Monga" to all.  Mary is survived by her husband of 60 years, Jim Sanders; a daughter, Sherry (Sanders) Ferguson of Deer Park; and a son, John Sanders and wife Carrie of Fruit Cove, FL; grandchildren, Jay Ferguson and wife Jessica, Jamie Ferguson, Jesse Ferguson and wife Celeste and Dylan Sanders; great grandchildren, Kayleah, Noah and Lily Ferguson; siblings, Patricia Liller and husband Delbert, Charles "Bud" Clary and wife Eva, and Shirley Bittinger; sisters-in-law, Nancy Shreve and husband Floyd and Gail Sanders.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a niece, Vickie Shreve; Uncle Bill and Aunt Honey; brothers-in-law, Bob Bittinger and Darvin Sanders.  Friends and family will be received on Friday, November 3, 2017  from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at the Loch Lynn Church of God, 8649 Gorman Road, Oakland and again on Saturday, November 4th from 10-11AM at which time a funeral service will be held with Pastor Ivan Ackerman officiating.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., Oakland.  The family would like to thank Pastors Ivan and Cindy Ackerman, Pastor Chad and Angel Reese, Pastor David and Ruth Davis, the staff at Garrett Regional Medical Center and Ruby Memorial Hospital and countless others for the compassion and care given to Mary.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Loch Lynn Church of God, PO Box 2027, Oakland, MD 21550.  Condolences for the family may be left at www.csfredlockfh.com.
