Lucille Steyer

Lucille Evelyn McRobie Steyer, 96, of Oakland died on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at the home of her daughter. Born on September 29, 1924, in Gorman, she was the daughter of the late Elliott E. and Letha V. (Slonaker) Devers.
She was a very active member of the White United Methodist Church as well as the White Church community.
She is survived by her daughter, Naomi O'Haver and husband Raymond of Oakland; her son, Randy McRobie of Bayard, WV; step-daughter, Doris Tasker of Oakland; twelve grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Ernest McRobie and Keith Steyer; a son, Joseph McRobie; two grandchildren; one great grandchild; and two step-sons.
Friends will be received at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Friday, September 17, 2021, from 5 to 8 PM and on Saturday, September 18, 2021, from 12 to 1 PM, after which a funeral service will be held with Pastor Barbara Rexroad officiating. Interment will follow in the Garrett County Memorial Gardens.
