Loretta was a member of the Deep Creek Baptist Church and Woodmen of the World.
She adored her family and they adored her. She looked forward, every year, to the crazy "Cousins Get Togethers", playing cards EVERY Friday night, and Farkel while waiting in the doctor's office for her bloodwork results to come back.
She is survived by her three children, Tracy Simmons and husband Timothy of Accident, James Mosser of Germantown, MD, and Kevin Mosser and wife Krissy of Bedford, PA; seven grandchildren, Trevor Mosser, Lane Mosser, Clay Mosser, Michael Agnello, Maryann Agnello, Shelby Maltba and Brittany Lee; four great grandchildren, Alexa Kellum, Liam Kellum, Charlotte Maltba and Asher Maltba; and son-in-law, Michael Agnello of Olney, MD.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold James Mosser; daughter, Dana Agnello; brothers, Robert and Wayne Edgar; and sister, Elaine Hoye.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, from 4 to 7 PM at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland. A funeral service will be held at the Deep Creek Baptist Church, 19841 Garrett Highway, Oakland, on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 11 AM with Pastor Dave Helton officiating. Interment will follow in the Garrett County Memorial Gardens. There will be a fellowship meal at the church following the interment.
