Born on July 28, 1943, in Etty, KY, he was the son of the late Theodore and Belle Bentley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Philip, a sister, Mildred, and two brothers, Helton and Samuel. Lonnie was a loving and devoted husband and father who spoiled his girls immensely. He enjoyed cooking for benefit functions; he was especially known for his sausage gravy far and wide. He enjoyed the outdoors, being in the woods and deer hunting, and the last few years, Shady Acres Motorcross Park where he was the #1 spokesperson. Lonnie was also known as an extremely friendly people-person who enjoyed fellowship with all. He especially enjoyed fun evenings with the McWrinkle Club at the Oakland McDonald's, where he and his wife formed many strong bonds. Friends will be received at the C & S FREDLOCK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Tuesday, December 12th from 2 to 7 PM.
