Lois Stiles

Lois Elaine Stiles, age 76, of Oakland, MD passed away September 15, 2021 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

Lois was born in Oakland, MD on December 25, 1944 and was the daughter of Hazel Wilt Upole. Lois married Douglas J. Stiles in Oakland, MD on May 9, 1964. Her mother and husband preceded her in death.

She is survived by two sons, Thomas "Tom" Lee Upole and wife Priscilla Ann of Grifton, NC and Randolph "Randy" Robert Stiles and wife Betty of Mooresville, NC. Lois had many uncles, aunts, and cousins, too numerous to mention, that loved her so very much.

In addition to her mother and husband, she was also preceded in death by her grandmother, Ruth Jamison Wilt Cosner.

Friends and family may call at the C&S Fredlock Funeral Home, 21 N. Second St., Oakland, MD on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

A funeral service for Lois will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 11:00 am at Underwood United Brethren in Christ Church with Pastor Marty Wilt officiating. Burial will follow at Garrett County Memorial Gardens in Oakland, Maryland. Friends and family may also call an hour prior to the funeral service at the church with burial in Garrett County Memorial Gardens, Oakland.
