Kylo Uber

Kylo Chavalit Uber, 19, of Swanton, MD, died on March 29, 2023, as a result of a residential fire. Born on May 26, 2003, in Oakland, MD, he was the son of Allen Dale and Sungvien Dawn (Smith) Uber.

Kylo was a graduate of Southern Garrett High School, Class of 2022. He worked in the landscaping industry. Kylo enjoyed being outdoors; he loved fishing on the lake, hunting, and helping Karen, Gerald and their family on the farm. He was an avid tractor guy who spent countless hours working on old tractors and fixing them up. Above all, he loved spending time with his family and nieces that adored him.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by five siblings, Wisteria Dawn Uber, Paranda Suchada Uber, Kasera Sujinda Uber, Ty Alexander Uber and fiancé Diamond Elaina Ervin, Owynn Sucha Uber, a grandmother, Nancy Smith; nieces Bella Col-Ann Uber and Kora Violet Uber; along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald William Smith, Sr.; a grandmother, Betty Jean Uber; an uncle, Richard Curtin; and a cousin Peyton William Smith.

Services will be private.
