Katheryn Mae (Paugh) Reel, 80 of Elk Garden, WV, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at her residence.
Born December 27, 1930 in Keyser, WV, she was the daughter of the late Theodore Daniel & Blanche Evelyn (Wilson) Paugh. She was raised by her grandparents: Martin and Mary (Dill) Paugh. She was also preceded in death by her husband-Jesse H. Reel, brother-Ernest Paugh; sister-Wilda Dodds and grandson-Ronnie Coleman.
Surviving are: sons-Jesse R. Reel and wife, Kathy, Oakland, MD and James L. Reel and wife Margie, Elk Garden; daughters-Lois Harvey and husband, Joe, Elk Garden and Rebecca Secrist and husband, Rick, Wana, WV; brothers-Harry, Edward, Terry and Robert Paugh, all of Elk Garden, WV; sisters-Faye Tuel and Carol Smith, both of Elk Garden, WV; Kathy Hanlin, Keyser; two brother-in-laws-Lee and Charles Reel. Grandchildren-fourteen and great-grandchildren-twenty-three.
Family and friends will be received at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, P.A., 710 Church St, Kitzmiller, MD, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Friday, May 13, 2011.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the Elk Garden Assembly of God Church with Rev. John Friend officiating. The body will be taken to the church one hour prior to services.
Interment will be in the Kalbaugh Cemetery.
