Joy Wagoner

Joy Marie (Whetsell) Wagoner, 66, of Mt. Storm, WV, died on Sunday, August 26, 2012 at her home. Born on April 13, 1943 in Keyser, WV, she was the daughter of the late Arley Owen and Evelyn Grace (Endler) Whetsell. She was a member of the Mt. Storm Presbyterian Church and the Presbyterian Women's Group. She is survived by three sons, Tim Cosner and wife Darlene of Oakland, Keith Cosner and wife Connie of Belington, WV, and Dale Blaine Cosner, Jr. of AZ; five grandchildren, Carl Garrett Cosner, Darren Bryce Cosner, Tucker Jordan Cosner, Rachel Lynn Cosner, and Christina Cosner; a twin sister, Judy Burgess and husband Leon of Hartmansville, WV; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Durst, and a sister, Carolyn Marie Durst. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 29th at 11 AM in the Mt. Storm Presbyterian Church, Mt. Storm, WV with Rev. Joan Wilson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the Mt. Storm Presbyterian Church or the Presbyterian Women's Group, PO Box 226, Mt. Storm, WV 26739 or the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123. Joy's family entrusted the Burdock-Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., Oakland with her care.
