Josephine Harvey

Josephine Evelyn (Pigott) Harvey, 86, of Oakland, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at the Garrett Regional Medical Center, after a long illness. Born on September 9, 1930, in Oakland, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Bertha (Kitzmiller) Pigott. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Preston Kitzmiller and Howard "Sonny" Pigott. Josephine was a member of the Lakeside Assembly of God Church, Oakland. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Randall Hobart Harvey; a son Randall Ernest "Randy" Harvey and wife Kay; two grandsons, Randy Lee and Robert and wife Nikki and one granddaughter, Jodi Dawn, all of Deer Park; one sister, Maxine Kerns of North Carolina; and one brother, Robert Pigott and wife Bernadine of Fairmont, WV. Friends will be received at the C & S FREDLOCK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Friday, February 24th from 2 to4 and 6 to 8 PM and at the Lakeside Assembly of God, 18012 Garrett Hwy., Oakland on Saturday, February 25th from 12 to 1 PM after which time a funeral service will held with Pastor Dennis Caton officiating. Interment will be in the Paradise Cemetery.
