Jeffrey Browning

Jeffrey Van Browning, 58, of Oakland, MD, passed away April 22, 2023, at Garrett Regional Medical Center. Born on April 12, 1965, in Cumberland, MD, he was the son of the late Charles M. and Marjorie J. (Glotfelty) Browning.

Jeff was a graduate of Southern High School. He owned and operated the Carriage House where he sold antiques. He also drove a school bus for Garrett County.

He is survived by his companion, Vicki Callis; and a brother, Mike Browning.

A special thank you from the family for the wonderful care for Jeff to Fred Polce, Paul and Sadie Liller, Betsy Polce, Angie Uphole, Dr. Shannon, the Cancer Center Staff, Dr. Porter, the Third floor Nursing Staff of Garrett Regional Medical Center, Dr. Margaret Kaiser, and Hospice of Garrett County.

Mr. Browning's request for cremation will be honored. There are no services scheduled at this time.
