Jean May Wilt, 77, of Swanton died on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at her home and surrounded by her family. Born on August 7, 1940, in Elkton, she was the daughter of the late Edward C. and Amanda S. (Wileman) Smith. She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Milton W. Wilt; children, John "Rick" Livengood, Jr. and wife Brenda of Deer Park and Brenda Beckman and husband Dan of Oakland; grandchildren, Amanda Sines and husband Travis, Jeremiah King and wife Katie, Hannah, Brittney, and Chelsea Wiltison, and Haley Livengood; six great grandchildren; a brother and sister, Harold Smith and Mabel Lynam; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son in law, Reid King, and brother and sisters, Robert Smith, Lois Murphy and Doris Thomas. Friends will be received at the C & S FREDLOCK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Friday, September 29th from 10 AM to 12 PM after which time a funeral service will be held with Pastor Matthew Paugh officiating. Interment will follow in the George Cemetery, Swanton. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Garrett County, PO Box 271, Oakland, MD 21550.
