James Allen "Jimmy" Mosser, 61, of Germantown, died on Monday, August 5, 2024, at his home. Born on January 16, 1963, in Washington DC, he was the son of the late Harold James "Jim" and Loretta Frances (Edgar) Mosser.

He was a graduate of Rockville High School and worked for 35 years in retail management for Giant Foods. He was a member of Montrose Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Dana Agnello.
