Glendora Yost

Glendora Lee Yost, 91, of Oakland went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at her home. Born on February 24, 1930, in Kitzmiller, she was the daughter of the late Otis Page and Juanita Catherine (Brooks) Cooper.
In her younger years, Glendora was a key punch operator for IBM. She was a former member of Mtn. Top Christian Assembly of God, the Proctor Kildow American Legion Post #71, a spouse member of the Elks Lodge #2481 and a member of the Red Hat Society.
She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Yost of Oakland and Susan L. Yost-LaFrance and husband Donald of TN; one granddaughter, Amber Yost of WV; and five great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mahlon W. Yost, in 2012, and a daughter, Jessica Yost, in 2013.
Friends will be received at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at 11 AM with Rev. Dr. Matthew Paugh officiating. Face masks are required.
Interment will be in the Garrett County Memorial Gardens.
