George Sowers

George Harold Sowers, 87, of Terra Alta, WV, passed away December 29, 2010 at Dennett Road Manor Nursing Home.

Born October 6, 1923 in William, WV. He was preceded in death by his wife Willy (Higgie) Sowers.

George was a farmer.

Family and friends will be received at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N. 2nd St, Oakland, MD, Monday, January 3, 2010 at 1 p.m. with the funeral services beginning at 2 p.m. with Paul Snyder officiating.

Interment will be in the Rose Hill Cemtery, Thomas, WV
