Frances Otto

Frances Gail (Reynolds) Otto, 74, of Westernport and formerly of Oakland died on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Moran Manor Nursing Home. Born on December 24, 1941 in Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late William S. Reynolds, Sr. and Ruby Pearl (Sargent) Reynolds. Gail was a registered nurse who had worked at the former Cuppett and Weeks Nursing Home in Oakland. She had attended the Swanton Otterbein United Methodist Church. She is survived by two brothers, William S. Reynolds, Sr. and David Reynolds, both of TN; a sister, Wanda Elgazawy of VA; two stepsons, Terry J. Otto and Russell G. Otto; four step grandchildren; a sister in law, Peggy Lambert and husband Ellsworth; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Fredrick Otto, Jr., in 2005; an infant son, Michael W. Otto; and a son, Stewart Arnold Otto, on September 3, 2016. A memorial service will be held in the old Loch Lynn Church of God, First St., Loch Lynn on Sunday, October 9th at 2 PM with Pastors Ross and Linda Glotfelty officiating. The C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., Oakland is assisting with arrangements.
