Frances Henline

Frances Ruth Henline, 87, of Seaford, DE, formerly of Oakland, died on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. Born on April 14, 1926 in Oakland, she was the daughter of the late Henry Franklin and Claudie Elnora (Baxley) Nine. She was an active member of the Wesley United Methodist Church in Seaford. Born and raised on her family's farm in Oakland, Ruth, after her retirement, always looked forward to her visits to Garrett County and greatly enjoyed time spent there with her friends and family. She is survived by her husband, Donald Wade Henline, to whom she would have been married 53 years on December 20th; her children, Mitchell Lynn Rohrbaugh of Seford, DE, Gary Wayne Henline and wife Jennifer of Waynesboro, VA and Janet Sue Willey of Seford, DE; five grandchildren, Anthony Rohrbaugh, Christopher Rohrbaugh, Jamie Stang, Emily Henline and Jenna Henline; one great grandchild; one sister, Ruby Miller of Silver Spring; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Terry William Rohrbaugh; five sisters; and two brothers. Friends will be received at the Burdock-Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Thursday, December 19th from 5 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 20th at 11 AM in the funeral home with Rev. Donald Matthews officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.
