Floyd Taylor Arnold, Jr., 76, of Oakland, died on Monday, January 20, 2020, at Garrett Regional Medical Center.
He was born on April 7, 1943, in Oakland, the son of the late Floyd Taylor and Mary Catherine (Cooper) Arnold. Floyd was a member of the Church of the Nazarene. In his youth he worked for Tressler garage until he opened his own body shop. When he wasn't working, he enjoyed spending time hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Eleanor Mae (Broadwater) Arnold; two sons, Darrel Arnold and wife Brenda of Oakland and Adam Arnold and wife Janet of Great Cacapon, WV; five grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren. Floyd was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
At Floyd's request he was cremated. The C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A. Oakland is honored to assist his family.
