Elizabeth Haskiell

Elizabeth “Liz” Ann Haskiell, 71, born October 25, 1948 in Turner Douglas, WV, passed away at her home on the morning of May 2, 2020.

Liz retired from Dennett Road Manor after 40+ years of dedicated service. She had a heart of gold, caring for and giving to others always before herself, She loved decorating and spending the holidays with her family. She enjoyed shopping, eating snacks, “cutting a rug”, and getting “dolled-up”.

Liz leaves behind a large and loving family. The surviving family include her daughter, Carol Ann Rodeheaver, husband, Pat, Hanover, MD, daughter, Kimberly Ann Trollinger, Charleroi, PA, daughter, Amanda Dawn Powers, husband, John, Oakland, MD; daughter-in-law, Linda Haskiell; nine grandchildren-Alicia, husband, Jason, Shane, wife, Amy, Hunter, wife, Alexis, Marissa, husband, Jason, Georgianna, husband, TC, Austin, Reese, Peyton and Landon, girlfriend, Destiny; five great grandchildren-Josh, Lydia, Maddie, Brody and Atz; three sisters-Linda Stiles (Tom), Jessup, MD, Doris Ashby (Butch), Corinth, WV, Dottie Alexander, Oakland, MD; two brothers, Sammy Friend (Linda), Cranesville, WV and Teddy Friend, Corinth, WV and many loving neices, nephews and friends.

Liz is now celebrating in heaven with her parents, Clinton and Daisy Friend, three brothers and two sisters and her only son, Andrew George Haskiell. “Take Wings and Fly Away” Mom and Grandma.
