Dorothy Hanlin, 85 of Mt. Storm, WV, passed away Friday, February 25, 2011 at the Dennett Road Manor Nursing Home, Oakland, MD.
Born March 24, 1925 in Mt. Storm, WV, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Amelia (Entler) Foley. She was also preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Hanlin in 2002.
Dorothy is survived by one daughter, Gloria Kessell and companion Eddie, one granddaughter, Lisa L. Arroniz and husband David; one great-granddaughter, Brandon Arroniz; two sisters, Beryle Hanlin and Joy Welling; special niece, Dawn Kight and all other relatives from all sides of the family.
Family and friends will be received at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N. 2nd Street, Oakland, MD, Sunday, February 27, 2011 from 4-7 p.m.
Funeral service will be held Monday, February 28, 2011 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Russell Liller and John Walker officiating.
Interment will be in the Mt. Storm Cemetery.
