Donald J. Baker, 77, of Oakland died on Tuesday, August 10, 2013 at Mon General Hospital in Morgantown, WV. Born on October 5, 1935, he was the son of the late Leslie and Josephine (Herman) Baker. He was a self-employed painter and loved to ride motorcycles. Don lived his life "his way." He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Audrey (Edgar) Baker; two sons, Donald Baker, Jr. and Joseph Baker; two daughters, Jodie Holland and Kelly Baker; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a sister, Violet "Sis" Railey; a brother, Gary Baker; and a number of nieces and nephews. A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 12 Noon in the Oakland Cemetery with Rev. Mel Menker officiating. The Burdock-Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., Oakland is assisting Don's family with arrangements.
