Dennis Dalton

Dennis Lee Dalton, 59, of Grantsville went home to be with our Lord on Tuesday, March 25, 2014. Born on April 7, 1954 in Sacramento, CA, he was the son of the late A.B. "Jack" and Geraldine (Lawson) Dalton. Dennis spent most of his working life as a lineman for public utilities. He enjoyed camping, cooking, playing his guitar and singing, and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by three sons, Dennis of Loch Lynn, Ken of Redding, CA and Randy and wife Jennifer of Mtn. Lake Park; a daughter, Amberley of Cedar Rapids, IA; a stepdaughter, Angela and husband Nick of Rapid City, SD; nine grandchildren; one great grandson; two brothers; and a twin sister, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jackie and a sister, Karen. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 11 AM in the Divine Hope Church with Assistant Pastor, Ron DeWitt officiating. A potluck lunch will be held in the church's fellowship hall immediately following the service. The Burdock-Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., Oakland is assisting the family with arrangements.
