Constance Seaman

Constance Marie Seaman, 62, of Cumberland, MD and formerly Oakland, MD died on Friday, November 18, 2016 at the home of her daughter in Huntingtown, MD. Constance was born on June 8, 1954 in St. Mary's County, the daughter of Audrey Montgomery of Leonardtown, MD and the late George Henry Morgan, Sr. In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters, Victoria Lynn Bowie of Huntingtown, MD and Samantha Ann Uphold of Eglon, WV; two sons, Warren Edward Philyaw, Jr. of LaPlata and David Luther Philyaw of Gorman; companion, Glenn Lowery, Jr.; five sisters, Barbara Lowery of Lexington Park, MD, Linda Alvey of Mechanicsville, MD, Mary Philyaw and Deborah Leford, both of Leonardtown, MD, and Patricia Morgan of Lexington Park, MD; a brother, Bryon Morgan of Great Mills, MD; eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard George Seaman, in 2013 and a brother, George H. Morgan, Jr. Friends will be received at the C & S FREDLOCK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Tuesday, November 22nd from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, November 23rd at 10 AM with Pastor Russell Liller officiating. Interment will follow in the Garrett County Memorial Gardens.
