Clifford Palmer

Clifford Allen Palmer, 53, of Kitzmiller died on Sunday, October 24,  2021, at Garrett Regional Medical Center. Born on July 23, 1968, in Welch, WV, he was the son of Loiyresa (Owens) Palmer of Oakland and the late Clifford Allen Palmer, Sr.
He was a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry. In his free time, he loved being outdoors, hunting and fishing.
In addition to his mother, Clifford is survived by his wife, Carol (Tasker) Palmer; daughter, Lydia Palmer of Kitzmiller; sisters, Sallie Miller and Linda Cuppett, both of Moorefield, WV; brother, Roy Palmer of Oakland; grandmother, Goergie Owens of Bayard, WV; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 710 Church St., Kitzmiller on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, October 28, 2021, with Pastor Carroll Harvey officiating. Interment will follow in the Deer Park Cemetery.
