Clarence, "Jr" Junior Coddington, 70 of Oakland, MD, died Monday, August 16, 2010 at Garrett County Memorial Hospital.
Born April 10, 1940, in Friendsville, MD, he was the son of the late Theodore and Mary Ellen (Sines) Coddington.
Clarence was a retired truck driver
Surviving are his wife, Mary (Kahl) Coddington; son Ricky
Kahl of Oakland; two daughters, Crystal and Randy Spear of Friendsville & Maryann and Dave Rinker of Accident, MD; siblings, Ray Coddington and wife Carol of Middletown, MD, Lil Meyers (wife of the late Blaine Meyers) of Friendsville, Rhua Gean Beachy (wife of the late Eugene Beachy) of Laurel, MD, Charles Coddington and wife Barbara of Farmington, PA, Ralph Coddington and wife Darlene of Confluence, PA, Goldie Herring & husband Jim of Markleysburg, PA; four grandchildren, Angie & Ashley Kahl, Amber Redmond, Cheera Rinker; and one great-grandchild
Friends will be received at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, 21 N. Second Street, Oakland, Wednesday, August 18 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The funeral will follow Thursday at 11 a.m. at Sands Spring Church with the Rev. Nexin Umbel officiating. The interment will follow in Sands Spring Cemetery, Friendsville, MD.
