Charlotte Chadderton

Charlotte Ann Chadderton, 70, of Kitzmiller died on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born on November 27, 1944 in Shallmar, she was a daughter of the late John J., Sr. and Dolly V. (Eckard) Crouse. She had worked in housekeeping at the Wisp resort and attended the Blaine Full Gospel Church in Blaine, WV. Charlotte enjoyed spending time with family and friends and playing bingo. She is survived by two sons, Allan Chadderton and John Chadderton, both of Kitzmiller; a special nephew, Chip Chadderton and wife April of Terra Alta, WV; two special great nieces who referred to her as "Nan", Nicole and Kaylee Chadderton; special sisters in law, Helen Crouse, Dolly Hawes and husband James, Winnie Roach and husband Punchy and Penny Pomier; brothers in law, Ernie Piper and wife Judy and Tubby Piper and wife Brenda; her extended family, The Anderson Clan; numerous nieces and nephews who she loved very much; and her beloved dog "Bella". In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilford F. Chadderton, in 2009; brothers, John Crouse, Jr., Theodore Crouse, Robert Crouse, Sr. and William Crouse; and a sister, Christina David. Friends will be received at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 710 Church St., Kitzmiller on Friday, June 5th from 5 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, June 6th at 11 AM with Pastors George A. and Virginia Tichinel officiating. Interment will be in the King Cemetery.
