Charles Browning

Charles Mick Browning, 79, of Deer Park died on Monday, July 16, 2012 at home. Born on August 6, 1932 in Deer Park, he was the son of the late Van and Ruby Pearl (Uhl) Browning. He was the owner of Charles M. Browning Used Cars and was a bus driver for over 50 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Marjorie (Glotfelty) Browning; two sons, Jeff Browning and companion Vicki Callis and Mike Browning and companion Angela Upole, all of Deer Park; two brothers, William Browning of Deer Park and Martin Browning and wife Margaret of Essex; sister-in-law, Dorothy Glotfelty; and a special friend, Brianna Callis, with whom he was very close. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Norma Fike. Friends will be received at the Burdock-Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd St, Oakland on Thursday, July 19th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A private interment will be held in Deer Park Cemetery.
