Chad Judy

Chad Allan Judy, age 45, of Horse Shoe Run, West Virginia and most recently a resident of Cortland Acres, passed away on January 18, 2021. He was born on April 24, 1975 in Oakland, Maryland.

Left to cherish his memories are his step-mother, JoAnn Secrist, of Horse Shoe Run, a son, Chad Allan Judy Jr., and wife Lori of Terra Alta, two grandchildren, Faith and Joseph Judy, three brothers, James Secrist, Daniel Secrist, and Timothy Secrist, three sisters, Tracy Liller, Missy Hebb and Tammy Evans, and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father, Gary Eugene Judy.

He graduated from Preston County High School. He worked for Wood Products in Oakland for many years. He enjoyed fishing. He was an avid Jeff Gordon fan and loved anything to do with NASCAR.

Friends will be received Thursday, January 21 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 am, Friday, January 22 with Rev. Mike Lantz officiating. Interment will follow in the Accident Cemetery, Horse Shoe Run, WV.  The Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home is honored to serving the Judy Family.
