Carl Gosnell

Carl Warren Gosnell, Sr., 81, of Loch Lynn died on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at the Cherry Hill Assisted Living in Accident. Born on March 28, 1932 in Loch Lynn, he was the son of the late Elmer and Jane (Rathbun) Gosnell. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force having served during the Korean War. Prior to his retirement, he was a union electrician. In addition to spending time with his family, Carl enjoyed fishing, gambling and anything that could be done outdoors. He is survived by three children, C. Warren Gosnell, Jr., Kathy Sciullo and Chris Gosnell; four grandchildren, Jason, Drew, Kassidy and Melanie Sciullo; and one great grandchild, Gregory. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Louise (Spoerlein) Gosnell, who died in 2006. Friends will be received at the Burdock-Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Sunday, December 15th from 5 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Monday, December 16th at 10 AM. Interment will be in the Oakland Cemetery.
