Bonnie Droppleman

Bonnie K. Droppleman, 67, of Elk Garden, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018 at the Garrett Regional Medical Center. Born on June 12, 1951 in Keyser, WV, she was the daughter of the late William B. and Dorothy “Dot” (Seaman) Droppleman.  Bonnie graduated from Elk Garden High School and attended Potomac State College.  She was employed at Bausch and Lomb, Trex in Winchester and American Woodmark in Moorefield.  She was a member of the Elk Garden Church of God and also attended Elk Garden Assembly of God. Bonnie was an EMT with the Elk Garden Rescue Squad.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and working as an EMT in her community.  Bonnie is survived by two brothers, James Droppleman and wife Patricia of Keyser, Richard Wayne Droppleman and special friend Brenda Paugh of Myrtle Beach; nieces and nephews, Pamela Droppleman and Shari Crawford and husband Gerald, all of Baltimore, John Droppleman and wife Christine of New Creek, WV, James Droppleman and wife Tammie of Wahiawa, HI, Kristi Cassada and husband Edward of Oakland, Stephanie Chapman and husband Dennis of Mt. Storm, WV and Michael Droppleman and wife Jennifer of Elk Garden; and great nieces and nephews, Jessica Crawford, Kaitlin Droppleman, Jared Droppleman, Sydney Droppleman, Brody Droppleman, Riley Droppleman, Olivia Cassada, Patrick Paugh, Clarissa Chapman, Alexis Droppleman and Alena Droppleman.  In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by a brother, William “Joe” Droppleman and a good friend, Cindy Duckworth.  Friends will be received at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 710 Church St., Kitzmiller on Saturday, June 23 from 10-11 AM at which time a memorial service will be held.  Bonnie’s family would like to thank her sisters-in-law, Elaine and Marian Droppleman for being wonderful caregivers and Linda, Margaret and Marlene for being such good friends.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Elk Garden Rescue Squad or the Elk Garden Assembly of God Church.   www.csfredlockfh.com
